Andy is an experienced Financial Services Innovation leader and former Head of Innovation at Barclays Bank. He has led high-impact initiatives across digital, GenAI, FinTech, and ESG, delivering transformative solutions for customers, employees, and organisations.

Andy has operated at board level, aligning innovation with business goals and building cross-functional teams that drive experimentation and enhance customer experience. He has delivered GenAI immersion sessions for senior leaders and built a global ideation platform to convert employee ideas into business value.
A member of the founding team of a FinTech innovation centre in London and New York, recognised as vibrant hubs for founders and the industry as a whole. Laterly he was accountable for the delivery for both hubs including start up and scale up programmes for high potential Fintechs. In partnership with external experts, Andy developed leadership training focused on open innovation and design thinking to future-proof organisations.
