As Co-Founder of Talent Leaders, he specialises in delivering end-to-end talent consultancy solutions across the not-for-profit, technology, and digital sectors. His expertise encompasses recruitment search,  workforce auditing, recruitment strategy, employer branding, and executive coaching, all aimed at fostering leadership and change.

A passionate advocate for neurodiversity, Dominic draws from personal experience as a father of neurodiverse twin teenage boys. He actively supports organisations like Ambitious About Autism and Neuropool, promoting inclusive employment practices and serving as a Business Ambassador for the Employ Autism Scheme.
